The graph displays the costs charged by the delivery service for their assistance. On the graph, values are displayed if in additional settings of Order Management, the delivery service price list is entered, whereby the allocated costs are added to the invoice.
INSTRUCTIONS for entering delivery service costs.
Three types of costs are displayed on the graph:
Transport+delivery: Cost associated with the transport of package to delivery service and basic delivery price
COD cost: Cost charged additionally for all shipments with COD
Return cost: Cost charged if the package is not claimed
Total amount of costs: Amount charged
