Chart - First delivery attempt

The chart shows the delivery service's time from the shipping date to the first delivery attempt:

The chart shows how many days after the shipping date the courier made the first delivery attempt, which may have been successful or unsuccessful.

Average number of days to first delivery shows the average time from the shipping date to the first delivery. The rest of the chart is split by days and shows the number of parcels that were in the delivery process N days after the shipping date.

If you tick Show excluding weekends, weekends are excluded when counting the days from shipping to the delivery attempt.
Example 1: parcel sent on Friday and first delivery attempt on Monday = 1 delivery day
Example 2: parcel sent on Friday and first delivery attempt on Saturday = 1 delivery day
Example 3: parcel sent on Friday and first delivery attempt on Sunday = 1 delivery day
