Mapping refunds on credit notes

You can also record refunds on credit notes, not only on invoices / sales orders.

Support needs to enable it: EF :paymentTypeEditCreditNote.
This changes how payments and refunds are recorded, so it will not be enabled automatically. If you want to test it, let us know.

It includes 2 changes

1. Credit notes can now have refunds edited: refunds are recorded on the invoice, where you can also see / follow them.

The refunds dialog appears - the "€" button, both in the list

and on the credit note itself.

2. In the List of issued invoices V2, the payment type distinguishes between payments and refunds.
When the List of issued invoices v2 shows only credit notes, only refunds are visible. When it shows invoices and credit notes, a payment is shown as "Payment method" and a refund as "V-Payment method".
