1. Settings
The company must have the following values in the "Sales order - statuses" register:
| Value | Description |
| New- unconfirmed | draft |
| Call center | error_call |
| Problem | problem |
The order must have the "New-unconfirmed (draft)" status in order to appear in the address editor app. It would be best to set such status as the default interface for the online stores (Settings -> Additional settings) - see the picture below
