Analytics enables a comprehensive review of sales, purchases and calculation of the RVC value of individual items and categories. With graphical displays of data, you will be able to monitor business more quickly and easly, without the needs for manual work. Below are the instructions on how to enable access to the module. 


Activation of MetaKocka Analytics

When you access MetaKocka Analytics for the first time, you will be presented with different options. Once enabled, you will automatically receive emails with settings for using the graphs. 


Activation of the test trial. The view on the picture is seen by admin.

Click on the user in the upper right corner, the option ''Analytics'' will appear. Click and an option box will appear:


Test trial 31 days

  • By choosing this option, you will have access to Analytics for 31days, so that you can evaluate wether this functionality is relevent for you. By selecting this option, MetaKocka will refresh automaticly and you will be able to start using Analytics


Monthly subscription

  • Select the option “Monthly Subscription,” and once you close the window, MetaKocka will automatically refresh, and you will still have access to Analytics.

  • When you will complete the purchase, the subscription will be activated automatically, you will recieve the invoice for the monthly subscription, every month on the same day as you subscribed


Annual subscription

  • The process is the same as for the monthly subscription, except you select ''Annual subscription'' 

  • When you will complete the purchase, you will recieve access for Analytics for the whole year. The next invoice will be issued on the same day next year.


Contact support

  • A request is automatically  created and sent to our support department.

  • Support will contact you for further steps





If you are not an administrator

When you try to access analytics, you will recieve a notification that the subscription is not yet activated. Contact the administrators od your company (e.g. Janez Novak, Mojca Novak) for activation. However you can still contact support for more information.


Administrators can choose to activate a trial period, monthly or annual subscription, or request a presentation.


Proccess for users whose tial period has expired

After the trial period (31 days) ends, a notification about the expired trial period will appear when you enter Analytics. If you find it relevant for you, you can choose a subscription.

  • If you are not an administrator, you will be notified that the trial period has expired and that you should contact the administrators for further use.

  • Administrators can choose a new subscription (monthly or yearly) or contact support for additional assistance. 


What to do if you no longer want to use analytics?

  • Select the option "I don't want to use the program anymore".

  • A form will appear where you can state the reason for your decision.

  • The ticket will be sent to the support department, where they will decide whether to contact you for further information.
