Chart - Product recommendations

The Product recommendations chart is related to the Tracking page. The Tracking page has a product recommendations section that shows the customer additional products to buy that are related to the products in the order.

If the customer makes a purchase, it is recorded in the Product recommendations chart:

The chart shows:

• No. of orders - linked to purchases made with the Add button on the Tracking page
• Net value of orders - linked to purchases made with the Add button on the Tracking page
• Gross value of orders - linked to purchases made with the Add button on the Tracking page
  
  

Orders included in the chart are recorded as follows:

 
The customer clicked the Add button for the selected product, and an order for that product was created within 7 days of the click
