Secure Password Sharing

Updated 07.09.2026

Short instructions for securely sharing passwords, 2FA details, recovery codes, and other sensitive access information.

IMPORTANT: Never send passwords directly by email.

Instead, use Password Pusher, which creates a temporary link for securely sharing sensitive information. No installation or user account is required.

  1. Open Password Pusher. Use this address:

  1. Enter the sensitive information

Paste the password, 2FA key, or recovery code into the “Secret Text” field. Then click “Push It!” to create a temporary link.

  1. Send the generated link

Password Pusher will generate a link. Send only this link to the recipient. Do not copy the password or any other sensitive information into the email message.

If you have already sent the password by email, change it and share the new password using the procedure above.
