"serviceURL" and "markerPlaceId" data are acquired on the following page http://docs.developer.amazonservices.com/en_US/dev_guide/DG_Endpoints.html. Ex. for Amazon DE, the following data is used :

Paying in foreign currency

If an invoice is paid in a currency different than the one used by the company (ex. paid in USD), then all the amounts on documents are converted to EUR. The average currency rate of Banka Slovenije is used with numbers rounded to 2 decimals.

Scenarios in which an order can be in a different currency:

  • user on eBay DE pays in USD currency,
  • transferring orders from Amazon store that uses different currency (ex. Amazon store UK - pounds)

Amazon discounts on order

If an Amazon store adds an additional discount on a product (i.e. Promotions discount), it is entered in MK as a total discount of an invoice in the amount of.

Sending e-mails

To send e-mails, in MK it is necessary to:

  1. add a link to your e-mail service (more)
  2. set up the particular process that will send invoices with ''Send e-mail'' status via Amazon e-mail port (needs to be communicated to MetaKocka support)

It is required that the e-mail address from point (1) is the same one that is enabled for sending to the Amazon Seller Central (ASC). That can be done in 2 ways:

  1. e-mail address, that is used in the connection above (1) is the same as the one we log in to ASC with
  2. enter an alternative e-mail address in ASC, as the instructions below suggest.
