In the Abandoned cart settings, you can define a category that indicates the main article:
If the article is assigned a category that is selected in the settings, you can specify when sending an SMS that the SMS is sent only for articles with the selected category.
Useful: Many carts are abandoned due to additional items that are automatically added to the cart. And the functionality allows you to let the customer clear the cart again.
Call center coupons are intended for additional coupons and their values, which are sent to the online store when you click the SUBMIT ORDER BUTTON:
Useful: If you use a call center or additionally contact customers via call centers, the cupons are automatically added to the url by clicking on the submit order button.
