When printing labels for delivery service, the invoice data is used. If the order is already invoiced and the products are changed/removed afterward in/from the sales order, the changes will not apply when sending data to the delivery service. In this case, adjusting the already issued invoice is required.
The functionality enables additional protection against potential errors.
Functionality: Disables the change of products on the invoiced orders, prevents potential errors, and removal of products in OM, if the invoice is already issued. By activating this functionality, MetaKocka will warn you that any subsequent changes are no longer possible, while the order and invoice can still be modified outside Order Management.
Activating functionality:
Additionally, you can restrict item changes on orders in a selected status. This way, the condition for changing items will be tied to whether the order contains an invoice and whether the order is in a selected status where changes are not allowed.
