If an order acquires the Package Return status, it will also be visible in the Returns tab.



Orders receive the Package Return status when:

  1. The order has been Returned to Sender using the selected delivery service.

  2. Credit notes have been imported.

  3. The status has been manually changed.




The Package Return status can also be selected as the status for recording returned packages back to the warehouse.



This way, a credit note will also be generated for the order once it has been processed.
