CourierCheck is an automated module for verifying invoices and specifications from logistics partners/ carriers. It is designed to quickly detect incorrectly billed delivery costs. Instead of manually checking Excel spreadsheets, the module automatically analyzes data, cross-references it with MetaKocka, and generates a clear summary report detailing all detected discrepancies.
CourierCheck verifies:
- COD Fee Validity: Verifies whether cash-on-delivery (COD) fees are correctly applied and justified.
- Tariff & Price Inconsistencies: Detects errors and discrepancies in applied rates against contracted pricing.
- Shipment Dispatch Verification: Checks whether a billed parcel actually entered the delivery network and was physically shipped.
