All packages in the delivery process that have not been picked up by the customer are returned to the Fulfillment center. If the package is returned, it is scanned with the mobile scanner and its status is changed to ''Package return''
It is possible to scan multiple packages, and once it is completed, click on Confirm returns to return stock to the warehouse.
Moreover, package status is visible to everybody involved in the process - both the fulfillment center in the Fulfillment application as well as the company for which the fulfillment service is performed in their user profiles.
